Our week in Destin has been amazing! The sand on the beach was beautiful, until it filled your cozy bums 🙂
We went swimming every day to greet the stingray, the fish and a couple of jellyfish…eeek! There was a sand bar about 20 metres off shore that was fun to swim out to and the water was only ankle deep late in the day. We all had a good time building sand castles and digging holes that Robbie liked jumping in and wanted to be buried in 🙂
We got to have fun with the newest member of the Massey Family, Little Will. He didn’t really like many of us other than his ‘Mom’ and Paw Paw (grandpa), but by the end of the week I was getting kisses and he was jumping off the edge of the pool into my arms!
Our week at the beach has come to an end and we have all browned up a little and are going our separate ways, either heading home or for us, continuing on our journey.
